We see this as far more than taking a brief. Every search begins with a conversation. We want to understand your lifestyle, how you intend to use your London home, the neighbourhoods that appeal to you, your budget and timescale.

Creating Your Search Strategy
Using our knowledge of Central London's neighbourhoods and property market, we develop a focused search, identifying both on and off-market opportunities that match your requirements.
Real estate in London can throw up some complex legal issues. With our legal background, we quickly dismiss properties which have issues, avoiding costly and time wasting mistakes further along the process

Evaluation & Viewing
We preview suitable properties, accompany you on viewings and provide honest, independent advice. Our aim is not simply to find a property that meets your brief, but one that genuinely feels like home.

Negotiation
Once you've found the right property, we'll prepare a compelling offer, negotiating on your behalf.

Offer to Closure
Once your offer is accepted, we remain closely involved throughout the transaction. We can recommend surveyors and other specialists, liaise with your conveyancing solicitor and selling agent, help resolve issues as they arise and keep the process moving.
For overseas buyers in particular, we provide a single point of contact in London through to completion.
Our Fees
Our fee is 2% of the final purchase price, plus VAT.
A £3,000 plus VAT retainer is payable when you appoint us. This enables us to begin researching neighbourhoods, previewing properties and developing your search strategy. The retainer is deducted in full from our final fee on completion.
We do not pay or receive any introductory fees. Our loyalty lies solely with you.
